
Lost Your CPR or BLS Card? Here’s How to Replace It Fast

If you’re in Cincinnati or the Blue Ash area and just realized your CPR or BLS certification card is missing before a job interview, clinicals, or onboarding—don’t panic.
Most cards today are digital, and a replacement is usually just a few clicks away.
If you still need certification, you can book a class here.
Step 1: Check Your Email for the AHA eCard Link
If you took your class with Rescue Quest CPR, you were issued an AHA eCard within 24 hours. Search your inbox for:
Subject line like: “Claim your Ecard”
Sender: ecards@heart.org
Still can’t find it? No problem—go to the next step.
Step 2: Use the AHA eCard Lookup Tool
You can retrieve your card from the American Heart Association’s site here:
You’ll need:
Your name (as it appeared on the roster)
Email address used when you signed in to class
Many of our Greater Cincinnati students find their card this way in under 2 minutes.
Step 3: Still Can’t Access It? We Can Help
If your name or email was entered incorrectly, or you’re not sure what was used, text us at 513-445-2009. We’ll verify your class record and reissue your card at no charge if you trained with us.
