  • What Types of Courses Does Rescue Quest CPR LLC Offer?
    Rescue Quest CPR LLC instructors are certified to teach American Heart Association courses. These courses include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Heartsaver CPR, AED and First Aid. We offer in classroom style and Blended eLearning courses.
  • How Do I Decide Which Class to Attend?
    If you are required to take the course for your job or school, please ask your manager or school administrator for the specific name of the course you are required to take for your job.   • I Already Have A BLS Card And Need Recertified. Can I Take The BLS Provider Course Instead Of The BLS Renewal Option?
    Yes! If you are unable to find a BLS renewal class at a day/time that is convenient with your schedule, you can take the BLS Provider Course. Many BLS Provider classes consist of both students needing initial certifications and students seeking renewals, as both courses cover the same topics and take the same amount of time.
  • What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
    You can pay via PayPal or Stripe with any credit card using the Book Now option on our website for your particular class. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a payment. Please note: Your spot in a class is not guaranteed until full payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Will I Get My Certification Card The Day Of The Course?
    The American Heart Association now issues electronic cards (eCards) to all students after completion of a course, in lieu of a paper card. You must claim your eCard in order to print out a copy. You should receive an email from within several hours of completing your CPR class with instructions on how to claim your eCard, however your certification is valid from the day you completed the course. *If you need proof of your certification for your employer or school, please inform us prior to the class via email at We will provide you with documentation confirming your certification while you wait for your eCard*. Additional information on the eCard process and how to claim your eCard will be given by your instructor at the conclusion of your CPR class.
  • What Is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
    Refund/Cancellation Policy Registration cancellations 7 or more days from start of a course will receive a 100% refund on course fees. Registration cancellations less than 7 days from start of course will receive a 100% refund on course fees, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to the enrolled class or for students who are a "No Show" on the day of class. However, those students may attend a future class by paying a $25 rescheduling fee. Students who enroll in a class within 48 hours of scheduled class, are by default non-refundable. All classes that have to be canceled by the course instructor for any reason, will be given full refunds and students are able to reschedule with no additional fees.
  • How Do I Set Up A CPR Class For My Place Of Business?
    Rescue Quest CPR LLC provides corporate CPR training classes for groups of 5 or more people on site at your place of business. Contact me at 513-445-2009 or send me an email at to set up a date for a class. Depending on group size, discounts may be available.

  • How much are the classes?
    BLS Provider and Renewal classes are $80. Heartsaver CPR classes are $83. BLS skills sessions are $60. You can pay on our website with a credit/debit card or Paypal. We also take cash payment in the exact amount on the day of class. Just call us at 513-445-2009 to inform the instructor that you would like to reserve a spot in a class, but you will be paying in cash. So that you can be added to the class roster.
